Material Composition
Reinforcing Steel: Top and bottom chord reinforcement typically uses hot-rolled steel bars such as HPB235 and HRB400, with a diameter of 6-12mm; web reinforcement has a diameter of 4-7mm; truss support reinforcement uses hot-rolled steel bars such as HPB235, HRB335, or HRB400.
Galvanized Steel Sheet: The bottom formwork typically uses 0.4-0.8mm thick galvanized steel sheets, approximately 590mm wide, providing some corrosion resistance.

Product Advantages
- Reasonable Stress Distribution: During construction, strength and stiffness are provided by the steel truss. During service, the steel truss and concrete work together; the galvanized bottom plate only serves as formwork during construction and is not considered for structural stress.
- Convenient Construction: Can be directly laid on steel beams, reducing on-site rebar tying work, eliminating the need for wooden formwork and scaffolding, and shortening the construction cycle.
- Excellent Floor Slab Performance: Flat bottom, guaranteed clear height, consistent bidirectional stiffness, good seismic performance, and easy design and construction of two-way slabs.
- Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: Prefabricated formwork and connectors are easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be reused multiple times, saving steel.
Application Areas
Multi-story and high-rise steel structure buildings: office buildings, hotels, apartments, schools, etc.
Floors and roofs of steel structure industrial plants.
Various buildings requiring high construction speed and industrialization.
