Bailey Panels: Single panel size 3 m (length) × 1.5 m (height); upper and lower chords are 2 × 10# channel steel welded back-to-back; vertical and diagonal members are 8# I-beams; ends equipped with male and female connectors and pin holes, allowing for unlimited longitudinal extension and multi-row lateral placement.

Connection System and Bridge Deck System:

• Support frames (lateral connections), wind-resistant tie rods, crossbeams, longitudinal beams, U-shaped fasteners, beam clamps, chord bolts;
• Bridge Deck: 12 mm Q235C hot-rolled anti-slip steel plate + reinforced concrete pavement layer, or wooden bridge deck/steel grating.

Pushing and Erection Equipment

• Rolling and flat rolling: Bearing the reaction force during the pushing process, single roll rated 250 kN;
• Nose frame: 5 sections in a single row and single layer at the front end to reduce cantilever bending moment;
• Hydraulic jacks, manual hoists, pin-driven hammers, special dismantling and assembly trolleys.

Foundation and Support

• Steel pipe piles + steel cap beams or rubble concrete spread foundations;
• Bearings adopt sliding plate type or plate rubber type, divided into fixed and sliding types.
