Structural Components
- Bridge Support Piles: These are the foundation of the overpass, typically composed of main load-bearing beams. Anti-sinking cones can be installed at the end of the main load-bearing beam furthest from the bridge crossbeams. Diagonal support frames are provided in the middle to enhance stability.
- Bridge Crossbeams: These connect adjacent bridge support piles, providing support for the load-bearing Bailey frames. A limiting bevel is provided in the middle for fixing the load-bearing Bailey frames.

Product Features
- Convenient Construction:Bailey beam components are standardized and can be prefabricated in the factory. On-site assembly is achieved via bolts, eliminating the need for welding. This results in rapid construction, significantly shortening the construction period and minimizing impact on traffic and the surrounding environment.
- Low Cost:Bailey beams are reusable, and their construction costs are relatively low, offering good economic efficiency.
- High Load-Bearing Capacity:The truss structure of Bailey beams effectively distributes loads and can withstand significant crowd loads.
- Relatively Flexible Design:Although the overall structural form is relatively regular, adjustments to the Bailey beam arrangement and ancillary facility design can meet specific landscape requirements.
Applicable Scenarios
Temporary Support:
- Large-scale Events:Quickly construct pedestrian walkways to manage pedestrian flow during concerts, sporting events, and exhibitions.
- Construction Sites:Pedestrian safety passages within or around construction sites.
- Emergency Rescue:Restore lifelines and quickly restore pedestrian access after disasters.
Semi-permanent/Permanent Facilities:
- Schools, Factories, and Residential Communities:Simple overpasses that need to cross internal roads or ditches.
- Traffic diversion period: Serving as a transitional pedestrian facility during the construction of a permanent overpass or road construction.
- Functional areas with low aesthetic requirements: Logistics parks, freight yards, industrial zones, etc.
